MUSIC

After joining Guitar 1 in Freshman year, I developed a passion for its genuine tone. I developed myself so wholly in the class that starting Sophomore year, I began to demonstrate for lower Guitar levels, showing them exemplar reninditions and performances of the songs in class that I would do.
Guitar
High school made me completely embrace my musicality. I picked up guitar (now as a Guitar 4 student), joined Glee Club (and am now its President) and this year, finally joined Chorus. These are highlights of my high school years, that I illuminated even more through music.
The day that I performed Mason William's "Classical Gas" (in Guitar 2) I came home and recorded myself. Though there were many pieces I enjoyed, this was one of my favorites.
Eventually I played this as demonstration for lower Guitar levels as the years went on, and it is still one of my favorite pieces I've learned.

Highlighted Pieces
Being only in Guitar 1, I played way more than what was assigned. The original sheet only had the simple triplets, so I looked up full versions online and then added onto the piece, creating one I loved. It impressed the entire class and to this day, I still demonstrate this unique version to lower levels.
This is a fingerstyle original, performed in Guitar 3. The fun part of crafting it (and tabbing it out entirely) was incorporating a variety of moods and tones throughout–inspired by Classical Gas.
This is a medly of some signature songs of my Guitar years. They range from simplistic picking songs (Guitar 1) to other adpations (like Austirias) where I added on my own versions of the song (like how I did in Malaguena).
Glee Club
Joining Glee Club boosted my confidence and variety in vocal musicality, from when I was a normal member to when I became President. This small section is only to demonstrate the tiny amount of musicality that Glee Club embodies.
